Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic! The modern rooms were excellent, and the very friendly staff made me feel right at home. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. However, the nearby busy and cheap shops were a bit of a downside. Overall, it was a great experience!
The hotel offers clean, comfortable rooms at an excellent price. The service is friendly and accommodating, although there were some challenges. The location provides easy access to transport for sightseeing, but the area is not the most charming. The dining options are simple but tasty, and the facilities are adequate for a pleasant stay.
My stay at the hotel was enjoyable overall. The rooms were clean and perfect for the short city break I had, although they were a bit loud at times. I appreciated the amenities like the TV, tea/coffee making facilities, and iron and ironing board. The service started off a bit rude but improved when they helped sort out an electrical problem in the room. The staff were understanding and polite, even offering a refund. The location, while a bit far from tube stations and tourist attractions, suited me as I wanted to be away from central London's hustle and bustle. The dining options were fair but could have been better with more selection. The facilities were sufficient for my needs during my stay.
The hotel rooms were well-appointed and comfortable, immaculate for a relaxing stay. The service was smooth and efficient, especially thanks to Noemi, Joanna, and Arman. However, the location had some drawbacks with early morning pigeons outside the window and a rundown atmosphere in the surrounding area. The dining options were basic but sufficient, offering a variety of hot and cold foods. Overall, the facilities were adequate for my needs.
The hotel offers modern and spacious rooms with big windows, a big bathroom, comfortable bed, and a large LED TV. The staff is polite, and the location is convenient, near public transport and supermarkets. However, the mini fridge in the room is small and empty.
